Would numerous different blood tests and ct scans of chest abdomen pelvic show any cancer ? i seem to be constipated a lot have a slight burning feeling in stomach . am taking xarelto for 2 tiny blood clots that were detected in lower leg?

Imaging studies may or may not show evidence of cancer within their limits. In your case/ symptoms mentioned bidirectional scopes should be part of the workup as well in trying to rule out a possible malignancy.

For constipation: You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods. Went to ER for chest pain. Ddimer was elevated. CT of chest ruled out blood clot. Didn't scan legs. What causes elevated d dimer if no clot?
CT had 1.6cm & two 7mm ground glass nodules in lungs after 6 mo of cough & chest pain. Had blood clots in lungs 2x. Ex smoker. Could it be cancer?
