2ultrasounds,blood work,lung ct,chest xray=no blood clot. calf has aching pain on&off. toes have pins&needles feeling. upperback pain. missed dvt?

Not likely: the most common reason why someone would have aching in the calves is musculoskeletal. Try doing calf stretching and hamstring stretching. See an Osteopath or try looking at your activity level. With the work up you have had, I would not be fixated on a blood clot without some other compelling reason.
