Ct had 1.6cm & two 7mm ground glass nodules in lungs after 6 mo of cough & chest pain. had blood clots in lungs 2x. ex smoker. could it be cancer?

Absolutely possible: The only way to get a definitive diagnosis is to get a biopsy and look at the tissue under the microscope. If it is in a single lobe it may be best to remove the whole lobe. Speak to iour local pulmonologist and your thoracic surgeon ASAP.
