Learn ways to deal with them. Some find peace through exercise or yoga, Some find learning the required skill set from a life coach/therapist a productive method. Many rely on medication which I find a worrisome practice since it seldom helps more than a modest amount.

Have noted best outcomes if aggressive proactive approach. Cognitive-behavioural therapy works well but takes time. Biofeedback can help desensitize within 6-8 weeks. Learning meditation and practicing regularly is truly valuable. Exercise, yoga, Tai Chi to also be considered. I too feel medications are more problematic over time than worthwhile and would avoid if possible.

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!
