Natural stress meds: I'm not sure what the "best" natural supplement is, but I have some patients who use calms forte. Acupuncture, massage, moderate exercise, a healthy diet, good sleep hygiene, and therapy are also good non-medication alternatives to stress and anxiety management.

Exercise, sleep: Exercise, adequate sleep and healthy diet have all shown in research studies to improve mood and decrease anxiety.
