B vitamins.: B vitamins are also called stress vitamins. I like pre-natal vitamins as they are complete with minerals for both mother and baby . Chamomile and green tea are also good. Omega 3 and vitamin c are also helpful however all the vitamins in the world cannot replace a well balanced diet couple with moderate exercise, meditation and yoga.

Talk to dr.first: Kava -- might relax you w/o the feelings of sedation, but in some studies was linked to liver problems. If you have liver problems, don't take it w/o discussing with your doctor first. Vit. B and Folic Acid are believed to affect production of neurotransmitters and thus help with anxiety. Valerian -- helps with sleep and is believed to help with anxiety. Practice relaxation, healthy nutrition.
