Way too vague: I assume the "the" is accidental & you mean just anxiety & stress. You need to clarify what you want in your own mind. Strictly correct meaning of "anxiety" is "irrational fear or worry." is your fear rational or irrational? Is your stress from your life or yourself? Is there more than you can cope with or have you just never learned to cope? No doctor i know can cure a rainy day.
