Good techniques: Finding a therapist who can help you learn and practice techniques associated with relaxation, control, setting boundaries can all assist with stress and social anxiety. Finding the tools that work best for you can be the goal of therapy. I say this because everyone has skills tools, and strengths that they naturally use and work well in most situations, but may need refinement in others.
