Positive presence of "H. pylori" can be co-existent with gastric ulcers, and increase the frequency of gastric malignancy if not treated. See a GI specialist for possible endoscopy and biopsy, and if negative, treatment with proton inhibitors .

Ok did a endoscopy came back gastric and duodenitis did a biopsy no h pylori no cancer they not sure what caused it what could it be I dont drink been have this problem for about 2 months off and on?
My GI doctor did an endoscopy and told me I have gastric body aphthous ulcerations. Biopsies were taken to check for h pylori.(still waiting for results). Is it possible its cancer and not ulcers?
