I have gerd and have been treated in the past from h pylori. last gastroscope i had was 5 years ago and it was clean. i keep worrying about gastric cancer, what are tell tales that i should watch for given that i have gerd for which i take ppis?

There may be no symptoms early with gastric cancer. Upper abdominal discomfort after eating,nausea,decreased appetite & weight loss,black stools caused by stomach bleeding are some symptoms. If you have none of these symptoms & feel quite well, I wouldn't obsess about stomach cancer at your age.
