A member asked:

If some common infections can cause cancer(epstein-barr, h pylori) how are these tested for? and if positive, how are they eliminated from the body?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Any symptoms?: Both of these infections are almost universal and do not need to be treated if there are no symptoms. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
