Ok did a endoscopy came back gastric and duodenitis did a biopsy no h pylori no cancer they not sure what caused it what could it be i dont drink been have this problem for about 2 months off and on?

Your gastroenterologist will put you on proper medication to treat gastritis & duodenitis. No smoking. Remember to avoid excess caffeine. No aspirin or Advil type meds. Avoid stress. Get good sleep. You may not need a follow-up endoscopy if you do well.
