Sinusitis: Sinusitis can be a chronic problem. Allergies, changes in hydration and wellness can cause a flareup of the symptoms, including one-sided nasal congestion/facial pressure/pain. Inflammation can frequently cause secondary infections when fluid builds up and allows bacteria/viruses to grow. Use warm saline nasal washes, decongestants and if infected, see a Dr for Antibiotics.
