When i sleep on my side the bottom nostril is clogged i have no problem sleeping but as soon as i get up both nostrils are open ent said my nose is ok?

Your ENT is correct: What you are describing is a normal physiologic response of the turbinate to being dependent. Blood will tend to pool in the numerous blood vessels in the lower turbinate when you sleep on your side. You may be feeling "clogged" on that side is you have a narrower nasal passage, or congestion due to cold and/or allergy.

Nasal cycle : And when you turn over the "bottom" nostril clears and the other nostril becomes clogged? The nasal cycle is organized by the lower brain and is sensitive to poor diet that may be the cause, especially sugar.
