I : I suggest you see an ENT (ear nose and throat) specialist. You may be dealing with enlarged turbinates. These are are small rounded bony projections inside the breathing passage on each side of your nose. They can cause significant blockage resulting in symptoms as you described in your post. One side could be larger than the other, further explaining your problem. There are procedures to help reduce the size of the turbinates, and would ultimately solve your breathing problem.
