Nasal blockage: You may have a deviated nasal septum or a nasal polyp. Perhaps there is excessive dryness or dust collectors in your bedroom if symptoms are only present at bedtime. You could try a decongestant nasal spray or capsule but these can keep you awake. See an otolaryngologist if symptoms persist.
