For last 6 weeks one side of nose blocked, no increased mucus. using decongestant stick at bed, gives relief during sleep. last few days nostrils are very sore. otherwise fit and feel good, no meds and vegan,no alcohol,never smoked. should i worry ?

Monitor : It may take several days, sometimes weeks for nostrils to feel normal after severe congestion. There can be sores in the lining that needs time to heal. Monitor for bleeding. Limit use of nasal decongestant spray to 3 days.
