Allergies or Virus: Gravity is causing the secretions in your nose to go to that side. If it is happening every morning you might have allergies or a virus that are causing your stuffy nose. You can try taking an antihistamine or decongestant before bed time. Nasal saline irrigation may help as well. If these don't help, go in to see your doctor.
