A member asked:

Woke up with very slight throat hurting, no other symptoms, have not been out, or anyone else in house, for many weeks, get groceries delivered, and wash them all before putting away, could this be covid or am i just worrying for nothing?

Probably not Covid: Probably not Covid, but watch for other symptoms. Fever, cough, headache, nasal congestion, nausea, diarrhea, loss of taste and smell, rash. Drink warm tea with honey/lemon to soothe your throat and make sure that you are drinking copious fluids. Vitamin D and Zinc are helpful as well.

COVID 19 concerns: It sounds like you have been meticulous in avoiding COVID 19, therefore, it is unlikely. You could have a mild viral upper respiratory infection or even be responding to environmental allergens.
