COVID 19 testing.: These symptoms could be from a number of causes. Because COVID 19 could be mild - that can't be ruled out without testing. I think you are in the US (can't tell for sure) where the policy for testing varies by state. Go to https://www.apple.com/covid19/ & choose your state's health department for specific guidance. Would quarantine no matter what.
