Contact local Dr.: in South Africa, Covid test referrals are done locally. They cannot be done via a telemedicine consult based in the US. Contact your local Dr for a referral. They can probably do it over the phone. They may ask you specific questions to assess your risk .

Wear a mask, stay away from others, practice hand hygiene. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital, immediately. Get Covid vaccine. Wish you good health.
