I have very mild symptoms of covid 19. headache, sore throat, fatigue. what do i do now? is it advised to rather stay home, or go to get tested?

That depends: Your symptoms are mild- it could still be COVID 19. Many people who are infected have no symptoms. You can isolate at home but if you get tested and are negative then you can move about more without the fear of infecting others.
