FLu like : Your symptoms can be the result of several things. Many people with COVID 19 do not have a fever. You should be isolated, stay in one room alone, A get tested for COVID 19. Speak to a doctor. Appointments are available via telemedicine

COVID 19 testing: Your symptoms may or may not be related to COVID 19. In South Africa- one consults with a medical provider who will determine need for COVID 19 testing. Consult your local primary care provider or you can use telemedicine for individual consultations.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.
