Im on 25mcg synthroid. tsh always around 1.5.my annual checkup with pcp showed tsh with reflex to ft4 2.56 today(labs range 0.4-4.5). when my endo checked a month ago tsh alone was 1.7 with same lab. synthroid dose need to be upped?

TSH : The values you mentioned for TSH are acceptable and a change in the dose of your thyroid replacement would need to be discussed with the prescribing doctor. The dose of 25 mcg daily is low and often used for what is called subacute hypothyroidism. It appears that you are on an adequate dose.
