I have been incorporating telephone encounters into my practice for over 40 years and video encounters within the past 5 years. Ages of patients are generally about 4 years to all geriatric patients. I enjoy all aspects of family medicine to include targeted women's health issues and men's health issues. I enjoy pediatric medicine and have a practice history of doing over 500 obstetric deliveries along with the care of infants and children. Previously served as a physician executive and associate professor in family medicine with 30 years leadership experience.

If your testicle is rotating but not causing pain, the blood supply to the testicle is not being interrupted. The danger however, is if the rotationbecomes more extreme and cuts off the blood supply to the testicle. It may be necessary to see a urologist to make sure a procedure to keep the testicle from rotating is not necessary.

Right now the most important thing is to establish an accurate diagnosis. I would recommend that you see your primary doctor face to face for an examination and consideration of a consult to a gastroenterologist for either colonoscopy or flexible sigmoidoscopy. At your age the bleeding is most likely from hemorrhoids or a fissure around the anus. Your doctor can help establish a diagnosis.

As you know this is a very serious and complex fracture of the tibia. From your description, it sounds like you are rehabilitating very well. Due to the extensiveness of the fracture down the tibia, your rehabilitation and as your full range of motion may take a little longer. Continue to work with your orthopedic surgeon and physical therapist. So far, good work!
