33 yo with no symptoms who was previously on 75mcg synthroid. also on lithium. labs from end of may shows tsh less than 0.01 and synthroid was decreased to 50mcg. repeat labs from first week of july shows tsh 8.52. ft4 1.2. what to do next?

So, it looks like 75 micrograms is too much but 50 micrograms is too little so you can take a 50 microgram pill and then a half of a pill, which would give you the dose in between the 2 doses. Then, wait at least 4 weeks before checking it again. You should be seeing an endocrinologist to figure out your correct dose. Good luck to you!
