My mother -63 yr. intense pain in the lower(below belly button) adominal, comes and goes. has happened within the last 3 weeks. is this of concern? i took her to her pcp. stool test, and ct scan ordered. possible colonoscopy. cancer?

Among others: Cancer is always a possibility and she seems to be scheduled to have the right tests to rule out such pathology. A variety of other diagnoses are possible otherwise and her PCP should be able to comment on what other possible diagnoses will have to be ruled in or out.

Can normal CT scan, stool and blood tests, colonoscopy, gallblader us and hida scan, upper endoscopy (gerd, gastritis) rule out pancreatic cancer?
Chronic (2 yrs) lower left abdominal tenderness between bottom of belly button and hip bone. Hurts to press & tense. Calprotectin consistently over 2000 but no diarrhea. Clear colonoscopy & small bowel MRI last month. Clear ultrasound. Any ideas pls?
