That high level of fecal calprotectin is certainly consistent with inflammation somewhere within the gi tract. If your colonoscopy & other testing weren't done while the calprotectin was elevated there may have been little or no inflammatory areas or flares of inflammation present at those times. Perhaps a consultation at a department of gastroenterology at a university hospital near you is worth
