Hypochondriac. in the last year i have had a colonoscopy, egd, november ct scan abdomen and pelvis blood work all good. 67 years old heart tests. always constipated. started citrucel. bloating. pain from breasts down. could this be ovarian cancer?

If ovarian cancer causes those symptoms, it will be much easier for us to detect this horrible cancer which is most the time diagnosed in late phase. No, your symptom is consistent with constipation and adverse effect of citrucel. You should try a different laxative.

It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water.
