Muscle pain: Muscle pain is unfortunately a hallmark sign of Covid-19. It can feel very uncomfortable with severe cramping. Try taking a pain reliever such as Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen, as well as increasing your electrolytes with a supplement of Magnesium/ Calcium and Potassium. Stretching sometimes helps and direct pressure and massage also may help.

COVID 19: Agree with Dr. Kratzberg. Hydrate well. Consider magnesium/ Calcium supplement. If you have pain can consider acetaminophen and of the NSAID's Naprosyn has shown to be beneficial. If no pain, avoid pain meds.
