I have a constantly visible dent (size of thumb) on the lateral side of upper right leg (along calf line). Deeper & wider than normal muscle definition line. Also muscle stiffness, tingling & dull pain in that leg, even in the absence of exercise.
4 month lows back and left leg pain. Stiff lower back and less flexibility. Pain not radiating from thigh. Pain/ swelling feeling in left calf. Sometimes leg goes numb and tingly. Doc said it is likely a muscle sprain but I worry it may be nerves.
Can sciatica cause localized pain? Example: more in the calf or back of thigh..also can it cause muscle spasms in leg?
