Most muscle strains are one-sided. This probably has nothing to do with the vaccine. Check with your doctor if you remain concerned.

I may have COVID-19, but I noticed today that my thigh muscles are super sore like I did a serious leg workout, even hurts to touch them. Is this normal? Seems strange. Ive done relatively so little activity for the past 4 days or so.
