I had a increased uterine lining due to pcos, and i got more than 7 days of periods from last two months.. i control pcos now, but will the lining already made in my body is going to increase my risk of cancer or hyperplasia? or complicate pregnancy?

Yes and no: If you have PCOS then you should be evaluated and treated in person by an OB/GYN plus if you are overweight you need to have weight loss and if you have diabetes then you need to get that under control. Yes this can affect her pregnancy or future fertility.
