Always a chance: There is always a chance that pregnancy can occur if the bicornuate uterus has no septum and the cavity is large enough to allow for implantation and maintenance of the developing pregnancy. As long as there is one good ovary and Fallopian tube "natural" conception is possible as noted by your regular periods. IF not, IVF(in vitro fertilization) may be considered.
