I get 5 days spotting, and periods for more than 7 days and also spotting till now, i have pcos. is this just pcos or is it endometrial hyperplasia? i didn't get heavy bleeding. my cycle was of 24 days from last month but i got spotting earlier?

PCOS ?'s: See previous answers to your questions about PCOS. Low dose oral bcp's can stop the stimulation that constant estrogen production produces on the uterine lining. Spotting and irregular bleeding represents breakthrough bleeding when a patient has documented PCOS, and a "true period" following ovulation is very rare to absent with PCOS.
