I get 5 days spotting, and periods for more than 7 days and also spotting till now, i have pcos. is this just pcos or is it endometrial hyperplasia? i didn't get heavy bleeding. my cycle was of 24 days from last month but i got spotting earlier?

Spotting and irregular bleeding represents breakthrough bleeding when a patient has documented PCOS, and a "true period" following ovulation is very rare to absent with PCOS.
