Can a uti antibiotic medicines can cure stage one kidney disease?

UTI: Sometimes the kidney function can show a slight decline in to stage 1 when you have a kidney infection. Resolution of the infection can bring it back into the normal range. Antibiotics do not necessarily cure kidney function they only help the infection. Stay well hydrated and minimize use of anti-inflammatories over the counter. If the kidney function stays low then it may need further testing.
