Need more info.: Why was Foley placed & for how long?. 3 courses of antibiotics were certainly for recurrent ot persistent uti. Kidney pain is due to ? Infection, obstruction &/or stone. Utis may be related to partial urinary retention, or stone providing nidus of infection. Hope you are seeing a urologist. Nc is in the so called "stone belt" regarding high incidence of kidney stones.

Complicated: You need to see your doc. Why did you have a foley? Why do you have a "continuing" infection? Is it related to the current pain? Sounds like there might be some miscommunication or missing info.
