Uti gone with a course of antibiotics (soflox) for two weeks now facing lower back and kidney pain occasionally is it normal or need another course of antibiotics?

Don’t necessarily need another course of antibiotics but DO need to see if kidney infection is still there. Check with doctor to see if kidney infection is present or not. If still present, may need more complete evaluation to see why first round of antibiotics did not cure it
