A 33-year-old member asked:
Covid: No specific recommendations with respect to this. As long as you are feeling well enough you can start exercising and increase the pace gradually as tolerated. You do have to quarantine for 10 days after the onset of symptoms and have to be fever free for atleast 24 hours without the need for medications.
A 33-year-old member asked:
Covid: Yes some people can just have fever as a symptom, but most of the times it is accompanied by other symptoms. If high risk exposure or other reasons to consider covid then should get tested.
A 20-year-old female asked:
Low BP: Low bp can be normal for some people. If it is causing symptoms like dizziness, fatigue then it is appropriate to try to bring it up. It would then depend upon the cause, for some people increasing salt consumption can be an option but there can be many causes of low bp and treatment would depend on the cause. Eating chips by itself without knowing the cause is not recommended at all.
