UTI: Depends on the type of test that was done and on the character and timing of the pain you are having. Urine cultures are the most reliable for determining if there is active infection or not. Urinalyses are not as reliable and can sometimes be falsely negative. If you are still having symptoms, I'd recommend seeing a doctor locally for a more detailed examination.
