Working in retail grocery store in us. few times while rearranging items on shelf's i got small cuts on hands that bleed slightly. should i be worried about any serious infections like hiv? real risk or just anxiety? i maintain good hand hygiene?

None: HIV cannot be transmitted through above mentioned mechanism. Would suggest use of gloves until cuts healed. Health related anxiety appears likely.
