Well,: The number of viral particles in the blood of a person with full blown aids is relatively low per a small unit of blood volume say 1ml when compared the hepatitis b. That means that repetitive exposure is needed for having the bad luck to get infected. But if concerned, never have unprotected sex and if you use fingering put some latex gloves on your hand too!
