Likely unrelated: The bony structure of your leg will remain stable after puberty. It is unlikely anything to do with the problem as an infant. If your leg is withering it is likely muscular in origin although the nerves may also be involved. I would have a checkup done with your doc who can either sort this out or send you to someone who can.
