Hello, i had an corrective sugery/operation on my left foot as an infant. apparently i am told ot went well and felt well while growing up, now as a 39 year old, my left leg from below the knee is getting smaller. what could be the cause?

Likely unrelated: The bony structure of your leg will remain stable after puberty. It is unlikely anything to do with the problem as an infant. If your leg is withering it is likely muscular in origin although the nerves may also be involved. I would have a checkup done with your doc who can either sort this out or send you to someone who can.
