I had meniscus surgery a year ago and my knee still hurts most of the time. now my whole leg and even my feet hurt. i'm in constant pain.

See ORS: I don't know if u had any other problems in your knee when u had your meniscus arthroscopic surgery but to still have pain a year later is not normal. If u had articular cartilage damage at the time of your knee scope it is conceivable that u may still have pain. It is also possible that u have retorn your meniscus or it never healed. In any case , u should see your ors or get another opinion . Gl.

See Pain Specialist: You may be developing a pain syndrome called complex regional pain syndrome. This should be checked out asap so that treatments can be offered to reduce or eliminate this pain. The longer it goes on makes it harder to treat. Also, the pain could be coming from your spine and may need to be evaluated further. I would see a comprehensive pain specialist that can manage everything you need.
