I have had 2 knee surgeries in my right knee for acl tears and after this second surgery i notice my foot has started swelling a year after surgery as well as developing brown "freckle" like spots?

Foot swelling: Is your calf swollen as well? You may have a deep vein clot. You should go see the surgeon who did your operation and have him check you out. May need lower extremity ultrasound.
