Stop, call & listen.: Stop your work out program immediately. You will need limit your exercise to upper body. The knee pain can be an issue. Best to call your surgeon and have it reevaluated. In the future , it might be best to design your workout program with the assistance of a qualified trainer. The trainer will be able to design a workout that will not put at risk joints in jeopardy. You may have sciatic pain.

Get it checked!!!: You should get this checked out. It could be just expected swelling, but it could be a blood clot in your leg. Get this checked out right away!

Pain: Recent surgery and then a painful spot of your calf would be suspicious for a DVT. You should probably be evaluated.
