Get a monitor and...: Blood pressure is always changing. If you test it 20 times a day you'll get 20 different readings so don't get too concerned about one reading,and taking it can raise it. Get a home BP monitor and check a few times a day. If high try meditation, exercise, a diet rich in fruit and vegetables and taking magnesium taurate or mag. citrate and beet juice or beet powder. If still high may need meds.
