Im 20 year old female. i have high blood pressure that is controlled by medication. i recently got some blood work done and tested positive for anti mayocardial anti body. 1:160. ive had ekgs done and theyre always normal. i have no troponin?

A test result can only interpreted correctly if we know more about your medical history besides hypertension. You likely have secondary hypertension and the underlying etiology could be the reason why this antibody test was done. Your cardiologist will tell you if this positive result has any clinical meaning in your case.
