Probably: Zoloft (sertraline) has been used to treat many depressed people who have heart disease. At usually prescribed doses, it does not prolong qt interval. The case reports of cardiac conduction delays have been related to overdose. Since you are concerned, you should ask your cardiologist about your ekg.
