I got some blood work done and my gfr was only 68. my bun/creatinine was 9.6 which ive read is normal. im only 20 years old and that 68 seems way too loware my kidneys ok? i take a lot of nsaids for chronic pain and dont drink enough water?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your concern about your GFR is appropriate and you should consult a nephrologist. Wish you good health!
